SPAGHETTI WITH SURIMI DEVILED TOMATE SAUCE

Ingrédients

100 g spaghetti pasta
2 cups of water (for the pasta)
½ once d'huile d'olive
50 g sliced onion
150 g gourd tomato seedless
100 g tomato puree
100 g cream
10 g chipotle chili
2 g garlic powder
2 g onion powder

Salt and pepper to season.

To serve, decorate with: cilantro leaf and fresh cheese.

Instructions

1. Boil half a liter of water for every 100 g of pasta.
2. Add salt to the water.
3. Check that the water is boiling and add the pasta.
4. Check the recommended cooking times on the pasta package.
5. Move sporadically so it doesn’t stick.
6. After time the pasta is soft “ al dente”.
7. Remove from the heat, place in a colander and proceed to preparing the sauce.
8. For the sauce: blend the onion, tomato, tomato puree and chipotle chili.
9. Put the pan on the stove, add the olive oil and the sauce from the blender.
10. Season with salt and pepper.
11. Add the cream and mix with the tomato sauce.
12. Cut the SURIMI bars into pieces and add to the sauce.
13. Mix well, all the ingredients.
14. Serve the pasta and decorate with cilantro leaves and fresh cheese.
