50 g sliced onion
150 g gourd tomato seedless
100 g tomato puree
100 g cream
10 g chipotle chili
2 g garlic powder
2 g onion powder
Salt and pepper to season.
To serve, decorate with: cilantro leaf and fresh cheese.
