Chop Suey with Surimi

Ingredients

1 oz   olive oil

30 g   ​​sliced  white onion

50 g   chopped celery

60 g   chopped green bell pepper

60 g   sliced mushrooms

60 g   chopped  pineapple (with out syrup)

150 g   Surimi pieces

250 g   sprouted beans

60 g   toasted almonds in pieces

60 g   soy sauce (2oz)

  1. Place the pan on the stove, over medium heat.
  2. Fry the onion until golden, add the celery, bell pepper and mushrooms to roast.
  3. Add the sprouted beans, pineapple and soy sauce.
  4. Let it heat until the water from the sprouted beans evaporates.
  5. Mix the Surimi and remove from the heat.
  6. To serve, add the toasted almonds.
  7. Ready to serve.
