Place a pot on the stove, add 250 ml of water. When it starts to boil, place the noodles inside and cook for 8 to 10 minutes (until takes “al dente”). Remove the noodles from the pot, place them in a colander and put them cold water. Leave ready for preparation.
Place a frying pan on the stove to roast the vegetables, add the olive oil, onion, peppers, asparagus, broccoli season with salt and pepper.
Once the vegetables are roasted, add the noodles and peanuts.
