6 SURIMI sticks
30 g mayonnaise (1 oz)
1 g onion powder
1 g garlic powder
2 g paprika powder (¼ tbs)
1 g dried oregano
30 g sliced onion (1 oz)
30 g celery, diced (1oz)
30 g tomato, chopped into cubes (1oz)
30 g green bell pepper, seeded (1 oz)
10 g butter
½ oz olive oil
2 flour tortillas
Salt and pepper to season
1. Dressing: mix mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and oregano.
2. In a container, mix the dressing and SUIRIMI sticks.
3. Place a frying pan, on the stove over low heat and heat put in the butter and olive oil.
4. Place the marinated SURIMI bars with the dressing in the pan fry on both sides.
5. Remove the SURIMI from the pan to prepare the Sofrito.
6. Put the onion in the pan (with the remaining butter and oil), until golden, then add the celery, tomato and finally the bell pepper. Let the vegetables sauté and season with salt and pepper.
7. Heat the flour tortillas.
8. Serve the tacos, place the tortillas with the SURIMI Zarandeado and the Sofrito.
