RICE NOODLE WITH SURIMI AND SESAME DERESSING

Ingredients

100 g cooked rice noodles.

150 g SURIMI cut into strips.

15 ml Olive oil (1/2 ounce).

30 g sliced ​​onion (1 ounce).

30 g asparagus (1 ounce).

30 g seedless Sliced ​​red bell pepper (1 ounce).

30 g thinly sliced ​​broccoli (1 ounce):

30 g chopped peanuts (1 ounce).

30 g sesame sauce (1 ounce).

 

Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions

  1. Place a pot on the stove, add 250 ml of water. When it starts to boil, place the noodles inside and cook for 8 to 10 minutes (until takes “al dente”). Remove the noodles from the pot, place them in a colander and put them cold water. Leave ready for preparation.
  2. Place a frying pan on the stove to roast the vegetables, add the olive oil, onion, peppers, asparagus, broccoli season with salt and pepper.
  3. Once the vegetables are roasted, add the noodles and peanuts.
  4. Add the SURIMI and sesame dressing.
  5. Mix all the ingredients, remove from heat.
  6. Serve the dish.

Recommendation:  eat cold as a salad.
