Japanese Style Surimi Salad

Japanese Style Surimi Salad

Ingredients

120 g Surimi cut into long strips (3 oz)
60 g carrot, peeled into long, thin strips (2 oz)
60 g seedless cucumbers, peeled into long, thin strips (2 oz)
70 g peeled mango, cut into long, thin strips
2 g finely chopped chives
15 g mayonnaise (1tbs)
10 g olive oil (1tbs)
5 g soy sauce (1 tsp)
½ lemon, its juice and zest
1 g Ginger zest

Salt and pepper to season

To decorate: black sesame

  1. Dressing: mix mayonnaise, olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, lemon and ginger zest, chives.
  2. In a container, place the carrot, cucumber, mango and Surimi strips.
  3. Mix all the ingredients, add salt and pepper and taste it.
  4. Decorate with black sesame seeds.
