Tacos Norteños
2. Burrito de Surimi estilo Norteño 800x800

Tacos Norteños


½ oz olive oil

30 g cubed onion (1oz)

90 g cubed tomato (3oz)

10 g cuaresmeño chili (seedless) chopped

90 g SURIMI chopped into small pieces

2 eggs

2 flour tortillas for burritos

60 g Refried beans (2oz)

Salt to taste

To serve: roast sauce


  1. Place a frying pan on the stove, over medium heat.
  2. Add the oil and the onion to brown.
  3. Add the tomato and fry.
  4. Add the cuaresmeño chili and SURIMI
  5. Place the shelled eggs in a container and beat.
  6. Mix the ingredients and beaten eggs.
  7. Let it cook in the pan.
  8. Add salt and taste.
  9. Remove the egg from the stove.
  10. Heat the beans and tortillas.
  11. To serve, prepare the Burrito with the beans and the Northern egg with SURIMI.
