SURIMI WITH GARLIC

Ingredients

30 g    butter (1oz)

60 g    finely chopped white onion

12 g    finely  chopped garlic

¼ cup cooking  white wine

½ cup whole cream

120 g     SURIMI in pieces

Salt and black pepper

For decorate: finely chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Place a pan on the stove, over medium heat, add the butter.
  2. Fry the onion and garlic until golden.
  3. Add the white wine, when it comes to a boil add the cream, salt and pepper.
  4. Add the SURIMI, mix with the sauce.
  5. Remove from heat and serve on the plate.
  6. Decorate with parsley.
